It is possible to create, edit, and delete user accounts, adjust user permissions, setup extension's features, etc using a standard API interface that can be contacted over HTTP. Any billing application, account sign-up program, custom control panel, etc can interact with 4PSA VoipNow.''

Over twenty other improvements are available in the new version. From queue conversation monitoring to improved interface usability, all new features increase customer satisfaction and maximize productivity. 4PSA VoipNow 1.2 is also available for Suse 10.x operating systems and can be installed faster on Virtuozzo hardware nodes due to the Virtuozzo template packaging. The software deployment on virtualized machines makes it even more attractive for service providers.
