(The Hosting News) – Version 3.3.3 of connection acceleration service Railgun was announced by CDN provider CloudFlare on Tuesday.
“This version has been battle tested on high-traffic sites including Imgur and 4chan. It’s run billions of requests in a number of different environments through the new protocol and we’re ready to push it out to the world,” stated the company via a blog post.
In addition to announcing general availability, CloudFlare also listed RPMs to support the installation process. Such ones include versions 12.10, 12.04, 11.10 and 10.04 of Ubuntu along with versions of FreeBSD, CentOS and Debian.
CloudFlare provides the platforms for download via its website. The company is also expected to roll out even more news regarding RailGun within the coming days.
