Buell will oversee the daily operations and strategic growth initiatives of the Tier IV-designed colocation data center in Bryan, Texas. He comes from an extensive background in information technology, with more than 35 years in the industry.

Buell possesses a wealth of experience managing data center facilities with certifications in Plant Maintenance Management (CPMM) and Healthcare Facilities Management (CHFM). His specialties include electrical power management and design, quality control, construction management, and raised floor space and critical systems capacity planning.
Fresh from his role as senior IT facilities manager at The Home Depot, Buell also hails from Cyrusone as director of facilities engineering and carries more than a decade as director of engineering at HealthPlus.
