(The Hosting News) – An expansion effort was recently undertaken by cloud hosting provider Host Virtual at the company’s various data centers. Host Virtual’s cloud services provide clients with network support for IPv4 and IPv6.
Specifically, the expansion affects the company’s facilities at U.S. sites including two California locations, New York City, Dallas, Chicago and Reston, Virginia.
Host Virtual Sr. VP of Operations Sandy Bhargavi discussed the benefits of the expansion in a press release. “Being able to deploy your services into the any of our Cloud locations worldwide really provides customers a competitive edge,” stated Bhargavi.
Bhargavi also referred to cloud as an “enabling technology” and said the move would help its clients with the “need to drive their businesses forward.” Aside from having cloud data centers in the U.S., the company’s locations overseas include Amsterdam, London, Paris, Hong Kong and Chennai, India.
Among its features, the company’s solution provides customers with provisioning, Xen based virtualization, DNS management and more. The most recent expansion follows an announcement last month in which the company revealed that it had completed an upgrade at its data center site in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Host Virtual provides four different cloud plans ranging from 10GB to 1000GB of storage. Pricing varies from $9.95 to $49.95 per month. For more information regarding the company’s announcement, view a press release here (vr.org).
