(The Hosting News) – Hosting Metro, Inc. announced today that it has acquired long-time Windows web host company Win Web Hosting. With the agreement in place, Hosting Metro is migrating existing services and marketing to its own operations, and will be able to offer Win Web Hosting customers expanded support through a dedicated 24/7 support line, as well as additional hosting features and services previously unavailable to Win Web Hosting customers. Some of these new features include Cloud Hosting, Cloud Storage, VPS, Dedicated Servers and shared web hosting.

Tony Chu, CEO of Hosting Metro stated, “By acquiring Win Web Hosting, we looked to increase our support of Windows by integrating the expertise of Win Web Hosting’s development and support teams into our already reliable infrastructure. In addition, with our recent integration of ASP.NET 4.0 and our pending rollout of the newest Windows control panel Enkompass on September 1st, we feel that this is a perfect time to expand our Windows capabilities and service offerings.”
