Content collaboration company Intralinks Holdings has acquired Cloud infrastructure startup Verilume. The goal with the acquisition is to offer large-scale cloud infrastructure products and services to customers Intralinks already serves.
Verilume is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts and provides services to help companies easily and quickly deploy Open-Stack-powered clouds. Intralinks is headquartered in New York City, New York and provides cloud-based collaboration solutions to help with management, distribution and sharing of content. The company provides services for 90,000 customers and has been valued at $28 trillion.
