(The Hosting News) – The partnership with LuxCloud will enable KPN to increase its already extensive cloud portfolio, whilst maintaining its focus on the marketing, sales and distribution of services. It will introduce KPN’s customers to new and innovative products; including Hosted365, LuxCloud’s virtual desktop offering full access from any location, 24/7. Improving response time thus, generating higher levels of productivity and revenue, whilst being fully compliant with European data privacy laws.
Hosted365, ROI within three months
LuxCloud is continually evolving, augmenting its portfolio with new and exciting products; in March 2012 it announced the launch of Hosted365, a compilation of cloud services allowing service providers, telecom operators and value added resellers the opportunity to offer a hosted desktop with Web based versions of Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Lync. The application is accessible from any device with Internet access, it reduces IT support costs and removes the need for upgrades.
Hosted365 is fully managed by the reseller and they are invited to brand the product with their own identity, ensuring ownership of their customers and full control of their pricing strategy.
Several businesses have tested the service over recent months and have already acknowledged an increase in productivity with cost savings of up to 80%, indicating a ROI within three months.
Hosted365 went “live” on May 22, on time and on budget.
Everyone’s a winner
