As part of the acquisition, Brett Jones has been named General Manager of Data393, and Managed Data Holdings expects to operate the business under the Data393 brand name. Jones has over 15 years of successful experience in the sales and operations of colocation and managed services businesses.

In addition to Data393, Managed Data Holdings operates Intelenet Communications (Intelenet.net) in Irvine, Calif., and, together with Data393, currently has combined high density, raised-floor capacity in excess of 60,000 square feet, Tier 1 carrier connectivity and a full suite of managed hosting and managed services.
