Server colocation and hosting services company, Zogmo.com, has selected Righteous Softwareâ€™s Continuous Data Protection (CDP) software as its exclusive backup solution, having been issued a site license for its entire Houston, Texas datacenter facility.
The site license allows Zogmo to offer Righteous Softwareâ€™s CDP Server to its entire customer base. Customers will be able to configure and install the software independently, at no additional charge to them. Zogmoâ€™s selection of Righteous Software comes after nearly six months of investigation and research of various backup products and technologies.

Zogmoâ€™s technicians will manage all installed backup applications remotely from a centralized management interface, ensuring backup servers are fully functioning at all times. Technicians are also able to remotely restore data from any previous backup.
Continuous Data Protection is designed to allow backups to be created at the sector level of hard disks, only copying disk sectors that changed following previous backups. As such, backup images can be taken over one hundred times daily, meaning the amount of data lost in a disaster is significantly reduced, especially when compared to traditional backup solutions.
