The Swedish company Ipwalk AB has just made its first public release of the service they call ipwalk.com (http://www.ipwalk.com). The service includes statistics of all generic domain names in the world, grouped by hosting provider, including history of delegations and lots more. All data included in ipwalk.com is being updated on a daily basis and has a history dating back to the beginning of April 2005.
“Ipwalk.com is currently in its final beta stage. We’re all looking forward to
receive some feedback from the visitors of our web site before launching the final
version of this service”, says Mladen Stojanovic, CEO of the Serbian development
company Troxo (http://www.troxo.com) who developed
ipwalk.com.

Ipwalk.com was initially released, for a closed audience, on April the 1st 2005. The service now contains more than 53 millions domain names, and over 700,000 web hosts all around the world. Every single provider, even those with just one domain among .com, .net, .org, .edu, .info and .biz, can be found in the ipwalk.com database.
