The new configurations offer two performance solutions for businesses, priced similarly to older and less powerful configurations. Starting at $239/monthly with a $99 setup fee, the Dual Xeon E5410-based configuration, which will be added to the company’s Enterprise Series, includes 2GB DDR2-667 RAM, a 250GB HDD, and 4TB of monthly data transfer. The Dual Xeon E5410 processor was initially released by Intel about a month ago.

In offering the new configurations, Versaweb is targeting web hosting providers, small to medium sized businesses, and medium- to high-traffic web sites.
