Dallas, Texas – (The Hosting News) – July 16, 2007 – Google and the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO), will participate in presentations to the DFW Search Engine Marketing Association, at an event scheduled to take place at The Renaissance Hotel in Richardson, Texas.
Jay Donovan of Google, along with and SEMPO’s Katie Donovan, will co-present on a variety of current search engine marketing topics, including SEM training certification, best practices for hiring SEM professionals, and the latest news from Google TV, Google Audio, and Google Print.
The networking event starts at 6:30 PM, and the speakers will begin at 7:00 PM, ending at approximately 8:00 PM. The event is open to all DFWSEM members and non-members, including marketing professionals and the general public. The event is free for existing members, and $20 for non-members.
Katie Donovan, Education Development Director with the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization, will present ”Hire for Attitude; Train for Ability.” highlighting best practices of hiring for search engine marketing professionals, which will be very useful for in-house marketers, search agencies, advertising agencies, independent SEM’s, and many others. She will also discuss the SEMPO Institute’s on-line self-paced courses, and an overview of their offerings will be reviewed at the end of the presentation. Jay Donovan will discuss recent changes and updates with Google Radio / dMarc, and Google TV.
