SingleCNXT-i is a program that gives Switch and Data customers a single interface to select IP transit services from multiple participating providers in a site. Switch and Data customers derive several key benefits from the SingleCNXT-i service. They simplify network provisioning with one source to identify, evaluate, order, provision, maintain and pay for both their data center and bandwidth services. The SingleCNXT-i service is carrier-neutral, a customer can view all participating providers in a site and select the service that best meets its needs. The program also gives customers access to negotiated rates from multiple competing providers, potentially lowering interconnectivity expense. SingleCNXT-i is available from T-1 to OC-n via copper and fiber, and at Ethernet speeds from 1 to 100 Mbps plus Gig-E.
