Awards(SM) – an acronym for Internet Commerce Excellence. The awards recognize
Digital River clients that are putting its e-commerce best practices to work in

stores. Digital River’s ICE Awards will be presented to clients during a
ceremony at the company’s Network Summit scheduled for May 5-6, 2004, at the
Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach, California.

a Retailer and Best Use of Technology on a Remote Control Platform.
