Under the terms of the multiyear agreement, Level 3 is providing Patriot Media with (3)VoIP Enhanced Local service, which is used by cable operators, as well as carriers, Internet service providers and other companies eager to deploy a quick-to-market, cost-effective, regulatory-compliant IP voice solution.
