Managed Hosted Network Firm, NTT America, Presents at IPv6 Migration Panel

New York, New York - (The Hosting News) - January 24, 2008 - NTT Communications Corporation subsidiary, NTT America, a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, continues its support of commercial IPv6 technology development and implementation.

Affirming NTT America's position, NTT Communications presented its foresight and expertise on commercial IPv6 technology development and implementation at the 30th Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC), held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort and Spa in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Shin Miyakawa, Director of the Innovative IP Architecture Center for NTT Communications, presented in the session on the topic, ''IPv6: The New Internet Business Vision and Roadmap.'' At the session, Mr. Miyakwa addressed the technical and business issues at stake when designing IPv6 strategies for large ISPs, network service providers and corporate enterprises. NTT Communications Group has been directly involved with the development and deployment of IPv6 technology since 1996.

With the launch of IPv6 transit services in 2001 and the first IPv6 managed firewall solution in 2005, which was provided by NTT America, NTT Communications Group established itself as the global leader in commercial IPv6 managed services solutions.
