newly-established Managed Services Accreditation Program (MSAP).
the MSPAlliance, the MSAP is a best practice and standards based program
specifically created for the managed services industry. The program provides

Establishment of the MSAP is the culmination of months of effort on the part of the MSPAlliance Advisory board, which includes executives from the managed services industry, including FusionStorm CEO, John Varel.
