Seattle, Washington – (The Hosting News) – March 21, 2007 – Web hosting provider, Spry Web Hosting, has increased network gigabit connectivity, with Tier-1 provider, Time Warner Telecom, as part of the enhancement of its hardware services.
According to the company, the Spry Cisco network has been further stabilized by fully separating the access, core, and distribution layers, to increase reliability for the end-user. Spry has fully implemented both spanning tree, and HSRP which means that any given host has multiple paths out of the network at any given time without manual intervention.
With the addition of Time Warner Telecom, it is hoped that customers will now have greater nationwide access and improved speed when accessing websites on the Spry network. Time Warner Telecom Inc. is a leading provider of Ethernet- based networking solutions to businesses and organizations in 75 markets in 30 states and D.C.
Spry’s recent migration of its datacenter facility, to a new Fortress Datacenter in Seattle, Washington, was designed to create maximum reliability, efficiency, and speed, in all facets of the web hosting environment. According to the company,
with infrastructure to spare, Spry’s new facility will enable stable and long-term growth opportunities leveraging this purpose built datacenter facility.
Cameron Jones, President and Founder of Spry, has indicated that extensive design and engineering expertise went into the planning and development of the new datacenter. Mr.

Consistently providing Spry customers with the best in quality, service, and support has always been our main goal. This datacenter expansion marks the commitment to that goal.”
