Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series is a key component of Cisco’s Smart Business Communications System (SBCS). The UC500 Series with the SBCS resides at the small business premise and supports the integrated delivery of voice, data, video, security and mobility services. The UC500 provides voicemail and automated attendant and integrates with existing desktop applications such as calendar, e-mail, and customer relationship management (CRM) to enhance small business productivity and responsiveness.
