designed for installs created with Fantastico, Application Vault and CPAddon Scripts.
In addition, by extension, the tool installs applications created with CPSkins Auto-Installer Pro, and CPSkins PSA-Installer Pro.
Rowan Crawford, co-founder of Installatron noted, ”This tool will allow web-hosting providers to quickly and easily migrate to Installatron without interrupting their user’s existing installed software.”
According to Mr. Rowan, the release of the converter tool coincides with the public availability of a free ‘single-domain,’ edition of Installatron, which ”provides full functionality on the first domain Installatron installs a script on, and replaces the old three-day demonstration license we used to have for testing. This free edition is installed in a minute, and can be upgraded to the unlimited-domains edition seamlessly with the simple purchase of a license.”
Installatron is a web script auto-installer and auto-upgrader plugin for the cPanel/WHM, DirectAdmin, and Plesk Linux web-hosting control panels. It was launched in 2004, and is the only true multi-platform auto-installer system.
