Houston, Texas - (The Hosting News) - December 5, 2007 - Developer of near-continuous data protection products for Linux and Windows, R1Soft, has been acquired by BBS Technologies, Inc., to strengthen its position in the Windows systems management market and give access to R1Soft, of BBS' distribution channel, support capabilities, and engineering resources.
