According to the company, the merger was completed seamlessly with no action required on the part of DEHE customers. No servers were moved, removed or altered, and no DEHE customers had to change any billing or personal information as a result of the merger. A decision to proceed with the merger was made after extensive discussions with DEHE customers ended in unanimous support for the acquisition.
