it has revamped and renamed its U.S. channel program to better meet the
needs of a wide range of value-added resellers.
Solution Provider Channel program now offers agents representing MCI’s
Internet, data and voice services, as well as managed service
solutions, the means to accelerate sales, while providing greater value
to their customers.
“These enhancements take our Solution
Provider program to the next level,” said Todd Gerdes, senior vice
president of MCI’s Solution Provider Channel. “We are expanding the
sphere and influence of our program to be a win-win situation for MCI
and our Solution Providers.”
MCI is rolling out a three-tiered
program to give agents and resellers the opportunity to increase
benefits as their revenue and participation grows. MCI also is
launching a certification program for MCI’s key IP offerings, including
Private IP, IP VPN, MCI Advantage, Security, Managed Network Services,
Hosting and local voice services.

will enable Solution Providers to demonstrate their knowledge of its
products and services, better meeting their customers’ requirements as
they transition to IP.
