Montreal, Canada – (The Hosting News) – January 19, 2006 – Web hosting forum, HostingDiscussion.com, has released a fully integrated version of IntelloDesk Helpdesk Software within its environment. The new software will serve as the central communications hub for a forum of over 5,000 members.
HostingDiscussion.com re-launched in 2003, and it has been experiencing consistent growth since that time. In addition to the membership growth, the number of communications between members and staff has increased dramatically.
Artashes Toumanov, HostingDiscussion.com Community Director, ”We have just a few staff members who respond to all sorts of requests and inquiries. Certain requests could have taken us a couple of days to resolve, so our previous software setup was no longer a viable platform for efficient communications. IntelloDesk was an obvious choice. The application is so flexible that it has a natural ability to blend in your environment without the need of special employee training, or major changes in the way staff communicates with members and each other. And some of the features the software offers, like automatically suggested knowledgebase answers – are priceless additions to our work process. It saves us a lot of time and money.”
AvidInteractive, the desingers of IntelloDesk software worked closely with HostingDiscussion.com management during the transition. Mark Klink, AvidInteractive Lead Developer explained, “Our goal with IntelloDesk in regards to the integration with HostingDiscussion.com was to make an easy transition from anonymous reporting, and communication, to bringing a more personal touch to the process, by integrating IntelloDesk closely with vBulletin, and the daily function of HostingDiscussion.com staff, and users.”
