Houston, Texas – (The Hosting News) – September 6, 2006 – Web marketing solutions company, Schipul, has acquired the assets of Houston-based, small to medium-sized business managed hosting solutions provider, Aim Managed Hosting. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1999 by Arthur Chong, Aim Managed Hosting served the education, human resources, steel and banking industries. Mr. Chong has accepted a position on the management team at BMS Solutions as manager, Professional Services.
Schipul – The Web Marketing Company, has been providing web hosting solutions since 1997. The company will seamlessly transition the customers of Aim Managed Hosting with an emphasis on security, stability and personalized customer service.
