Reston, Va., July 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — XO Communications, Inc. today
announced that Jim Delis has been appointed president of indirect sales. Previously,
Delis was vice president of channel marketing where he oversaw marketing programs
for XO’s commercial, carrier and indirect sales organizations. In his new role,
Delis will be responsible for leading sales and strategy for XO’s indirect channel.
He will report to XO’s Chief Operating Officer, Wayne Rehberger.
Delis replaces Rob Westervelt who has left the company to pursue other opportunities.

Delis’ other experience at XO included serving as vice president of sales operations
where he oversaw development and execution of sales channel systems, processes
and programs. He also served as director of sales for XO’s Las Vegas market.
Prior to joining XO, he held sales positions with ATandT Wireless and McCaw
Delis graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Political Science.
