(The Hosting News) – Cloud solutions provider ONX on Thursday revealed its choice to take over as company CEO, naming current OnX President for the U.S. market Mike Cox to assume the position.
“He is a strong communicator with proven leadership characteristics who is highly customer-focused. With 30+ years of industry experience spanning the manufacturer, distributor, and solution provider continuum, Mike has a deep and comprehensive understanding of the market and how to succeed in it,” commented OnX founder Sheldon Pollack via a press release.
Meanwhile, Pollack thanked departing CEO Ed Vos for his service, saying he had been an “instrument” in the company’s success.
Before his tenure at OnX beginning in February, Cox worked at Hewlett Packard from 1989 to 2001.
Onx’s services include managed hosting, disaster recovery, application development, digital services and more.
