(The Hosting News) – Hosting and cloud automation provider Parallels on Tuesday unveiled a new team it described as “dedicated to customer and partner success.”
While noting its partner channel had experienced more than a 400% increase for those using Parallels PartnerConnect, the company said company Mark Hinsboro, senior VP of customer success, would lead the group.
“Our goal is to ensure customers and partners have everything they need to be successful in the cloud services space,” Parallels CEO Birger Steen stated via a press release. “There is still a lot of confusion on how to best offer SMBs cloud services. We’re reducing that confusion by constantly improving the resources and services we make available to our partners, and we always hire the best! Mark and Jacek bring terrific experience to drive value-added differentiation in the market.”
In addition to forming the success team, the company also unveiled the Parallels Support Exchange, a multi-party incident management solution made in coordination with Cisco ServiceGrid.
