(The Hosting News) – Real estate development firm KDC and data center provider Digital Realty Trust, Inc. have formed an alliance that creates the first single source for every aspect of build-to-suit enterprise data center projects. This agreement will allow enterprise customers can utilize KDC and Digital Realty Trust’s financial and technical resources and unmatched experience to pursue custom built data center projects of any scope and in any location worldwide.

KDC senior vice president and data center development expert, Ab Atkins, will oversee KDC’s role in the new alliance.
