(The Hosting News) – Colocation provider Phoenix NAP on Thursday announced that it had integrated compatibility for VMware’s vCloud Connector – a move that allows Phoenix NAP customers to connect to VMware environments.
In a press release, VMware senior director Geoff Waters expressed satisfaction in seeing the deployment. “Phoenix NAP’s vCloud Powered Virtual Private Data Center with vCloud Connector Advanced can provide customers with enhanced data center extensibility, and the ability to sync content catalogs across multiple VMware vCloud environments,” Waters remarked.
Specifically, the integration provides for new features like content synchronization and data center extension functionality.
Phoenix NAP operates data centers in Amsterdam along with Ashburn, Virginia and Phoenix, Arizona.
